Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The most efficient way to remove your data is through the LockIt application. This process is automated and instantaneous.
- Launch LockIt on your mobile device or via the Web App
- Sign in to your account
- Tap on your Profile icon in the navigation bar
- Scroll to the very bottom of the Profile screen
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm your choice in the pop-up dialog.
Method 2: Manual Request
If you can no longer access your account, you may request a manual deletion by contacting our privacy team.

- Processing Time: Manual requests are typically verified and completed within 48 hours
Third-Party Provider Revocation
Since you authenticated using a third-party service, we also recommend revoking "LockIt" access within their security settings:
- Google: Google Security Permissions
- Apple: Settings > [Your Name] > Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID
- X (Twitter): Settings > Security and Account Access > Apps and Sessions
